Mindful Moving – Single Class Pass

“At Home with Arth” are group classes that have no more than 10 people in each session. A keen eye is paid to each client to help unleash their full potential These sessions will happen three times a week and focus on the full body. These can be treated as progressive classes or can even be attended on a one-off basis. Mostly using the body, few props can be used that are easily found around the house or purchased. Classes last between 45 minutes to an hour.

17/2 – TUESDAY – FOAM ROLLER, MINI LOOP BAND (MEDIUM/HARD RESISTANCE) – CONTROL FOCUS
19/2 – THURSDAY – HIIT, MINI LOOP BAND – STRENGTH AND CARDIO FOCUS
24/2 – TUESDAY – MAGIC CIRCLE, LIGHT DUMBBELLS – BALANCE FOCUS
26/2 – THURSDAY – LONG OPEN RESISTANCE BAND, TENNIS BALL – RECOVERY

NOTE: Yoga/Pilates mat is a must – rest of the props are recommended to purchase, as every class progresses with the help of these props.
