Arth Studio is a movement haven that focuses on Pilates currently. It represents the acceptance, learning and growth of every individual. Pilates is the main focus of the brand, so it caters to people who want low impact but high-intensity results for their body. Arth Studio believes in inclusiveness, diversity, accessibility and affordability for people from anywhere around the world. 

What is mat pilates?

Mat Pilates is a ‘pilates’ training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no equipment is used. All you need is a mat and your body weight. It is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses mainly on your core (trunk) muscles while also training the rest of your body. It is low impact, so anybody can do it.

Personal Training

I am all about paying attention to detail and that is exactly what these sessions do. Classes run between 45 minutes to an hour and every part of the body is worked on to gain overall strength, stamina, control and coordination. These personal sessions have a range of movements from Mat Pilates, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Functional Training.

Group Classes

“At Home with Arth” are group classes that have no more than 15 people in each session. A keen eye is paid to each client to help unleash their full potential These sessions will happen twice a week and focus on the full body. These can be treated as progressive classes or can even be attended on a one-off basis. Mostly using the body, few props can be used that are easily found around the house or purchased. Classes last between 45 minutes to an hour.

Corporate Classes

I started teaching corporate classes at the beginning of the pandemic in April 2019. Garnering clients from Deloitte, Flipkart, Decathlon and Moolya Testing Software, I have understood the requirement, dynamic, and attention that is required to run these big sessions online. These classes last between 45 minutes to an hour and focus on Mat Pilates primarily. I also conduct HIIT sessions based on the client and their requirements.

Collaborations
