“At Home with Arth” are group classes that have no more than 10 people in each session. A keen eye is paid to each client to help unleash their full potential These sessions will happen three times a week and focus on the full body. These can be treated as progressive classes or can even be attended on a one-off basis. Mostly using the body, few props can be used that are easily found around the house or purchased. Classes last between 45 minutes to an hour.
Wednesday and Saturday will be Pilates flow – for strength, mobility, balance and more.

NOTE: Yoga/Pilates mat is a must – rest of the props are recommended to purchase, as every class progresses with the help of these props.
